[SOLVED] model.auto for anisotropic nested structures

Here you can report the problems encountered when using a function relative to the variography:
- experimental variography (vario.calc, vario.grid, vmap.calc, ...)
- model fitting (model.auto)

[SOLVED] model.auto for anisotropic nested structures

Postby Costu » Mon Dec 16, 2013 11:02 am

Hi,
I have a problem with model.auto function when i fit anisotropic nested structures( including nugget effect ) under the condition "auth.locksame = TRUE" . In the output, i don't see the azimut :o

ndir=4; ang0=0
dirvect<- ((seq(1,ndir)-1) * 180 / ndir + ang0) [-4]
nlag=50
test.vario <- vario.calc(db.data,dirvect=dirvect,lag=D/(2*nlag),nlag=nlag)
test.model<- model.auto(test.vario,struct = melem.name(c(1,2,3)),draw=FALSE,auth.aniso=TRUE,auth.rotation=TRUE,auth.locksame = TRUE,epsdelta = 1.e-5)
model.print(test.model)

This is a bug that has been fixed.
Please run with the latest version (at least > V9.1.9) and report the bug if present again.
Thanks for your help.
