We are studying on spatio-temporal distribution pattern of exploited marine fishery resources along the Indian coast using the last 10 years data with the 'RGeostats' package in R. We have carried out annual variograms for each species and estimated the mean variogram of each species by averaging annual varograms of 10 years at each distance lag. Now we have to do the mean annual variogram of the species needs to simulate 500 Gussian random fields to determine the confidence interval (95%) around the mean annual variogram. Hence, we can compare the variability of the 10 observed variograms against the range of variability obtained from 500 simulations.
Therefore, we need R code or functions in 'RGeostasts' that would be helpful to carry out to simulate 500 Gussian random fields to determine the confidence interval (95%) around the mean annual variogram. Thank you in advance for your kind help.
