Covariance du cokrigeage

Any question regarding the Interpolation method using Kriging

Covariance du cokrigeage

Postby nsaby » Fri Oct 11, 2019 3:58 pm

Bonjour
Je voudrais utiliser la covariance d'un cokrigeage mais la fonction kriging ne me fournit que les variances
Voici mon code
Code: Select all
target=kriging(data.db,
               grid.db,
               model=model.vario,
               unique.neigh,
               radix="COK")

Merci de votre aide

Dear Nicolas
Sorry for the late answer.
We don't really understand what you mean by covariance of the co-kriging.
Do you mean the covariance matrix of the co kriging errors?

Regards,
Nicolas

Hi,
Thank you.
With gstat, when you predict using a LMCR with 2 variables, both variables, their respective error and their covariance are all predicted at the same time.
See http://www.css.cornell.edu/faculty/dgr2 ... R/R_ck.pdf, p34
With Rgeostats, only both variablew and the error are predicted.
Is that right ?
Best

You would like to have a map of
cov((Z1(x)-Z1_K(x))(Z2(x)-Z2_K(x)) at all prediction sites?
