[SOLVED] Cokriging with PGS

Postby Thibault Cariou » Mon Oct 28, 2019 10:29 am

Hi everyone,

I want to acheive a co-kriging on a couple of variables with one of them being a categorical variable.
The trick I imagined was to use PGS to get the gaussian values attributed at each sampling point and then use them to perform the co-kriging with my variable of interest (Here fish density).
However, PGS only gives the level of the categorical variable or the variogram model and not the couple of gaussian values.

Is it possible to access these data (I assume the function computes them at some point) or is there a way to retrieve them somewhere else?

Thanks for your help!

Thibault.
