[SOLVED]Upgraded to R version 4 and RGeostats does not work

I've updated R to the new version 4 and I cannot get RGeostats to load - I tried the suggestion to reinstall but that did not help.
Messages from RStudio as follows where I attempted to install from the latest Zip file.

install.packages("C:/Users/Mark/Downloads/RGeostats_11.2.13.zip", repos = NULL, type = "win.binary")

Any ideas as to what may be the problem?

I rolled back to R version 3.6 (the last update prior to R version 4). RGeostats works OK there.
