> library(RGeoS)
The License File c://PETITGAS-5ELDN1.code does not correspond to the current machine
List of current activation codes available (debug) :
...EK5AK1...
...URUF7X...

Problem with the RGeoS License File
- If you have a License File, please identify it (full path).
- Otherwise you can generate it from the site: http://rgeos.free.fr/form.php
You must identify yourself and provide the activation code: EK5AK1

Bonjour,
j'obtiens ce message d'erreur. ma licence ne fonctionne plus? dois-je générer une nouvelle licence?
merci. Pierre

Hi Pierre

(my answer will be in English for more legibility to non-French speaking users).
You try to launch RGeoS with a license file called licence : PETITGAS-5ELDN1.code
The latest version of this license file is coded after your name, followed by the activation key returned by your machine
at the registration time.

When launching RGeoS again yesterday, you received the message:
The License File c://PETITGAS-5ELDN1.code does not correspond to the current machine
List of current activation codes available (debug) :
...EK5AK1...
...URUF7X...

This prooves that the current activation codes available (for the current status of your machine) are:
EK5AK1 or URUF7X.
The previous activation code 5ELDN1 is not valid anymore.
This may be due to a change in your computer. It can also be due to a driver that was plugged
during your first registration and which was not plugged anymore yesterday.

I am afraid that you have to retreive a new license file from the site http://rgeos.free.fr/form.php.
But, as you obviously have an Internet connection (as you succeded in adressing the current post), this should
not be a problem.

Cheers
Didier Renard
