[SOLVED] error using R workbooks for RGeostats function

Postby markm0705 » Sun Jun 16, 2019 1:06 am

I'm trying out RGeostats using R workbooks and getting an odd error reported when I execute some RGeostats functions

For example the code chunk below

```{r}
tmp <- model.create(vartype = 'Nugget Effect', range = 0, sill = 0.02,nvar = 1)
Vg <- model.create(vartype = 'Gaussian', range = 25.693, sill = 1, nvar = 1, model = tmp)
```

Reports (apparent for each execution of model.create...

is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'S4'is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'S4'

I do not get this error reported when using an R script?

Regards
