[SOLVED] krimage (image filtering)

Postby Mathieu » Thu Aug 29, 2019 6:54 pm

Dear all,

I am trying out the krimage function on RGeostats_11.2.9 (Windows): it runs without warning/error message but the resulting data are similar to the input variable. For example, when I run the R code given with the FKA vignette, the last two columns of “mono” database are identical (except for 0 values).

Can you help me in fixing this issue?

Hi Mathieu
First part of my answr. I just ran the FKA vignette on my LINUX Machine.
The contents of the 'mono' Db can be evaluated using:
print(mono,flag.stats=TRUE)

The file contains 8 variables.
- the variable 7 is "P.Fill" which corresponds to "P" after the missing values have been patched. The statistics show that it varies between 0 and 314
- the last variable (#8) is the result of the filtering (named: Krimage.P.Fill.estim). It varies between 12.203 and 133.194.

So I am puzzled by your question...
I keep your post open as I still have to test it on the WINDOWS O.S.

Hi Didier,

Thanks for your answer. I installed the latest release of Rgeostats and the problem seems to have been fixed.

Regards,

Mathieu
