[SOLVED] Extracting curve (Q-Q(T))/Q plot data

Postby sburchert » Tue Mar 02, 2021 3:24 am

Hello,
I wish to extract (into a csv file) data behind the curve (Q-Q(T))/Q plot (Page 13 of the Handbook of Geostatistics in R for Fisheries and Marine Ecology) produced using [code][SI.stats(db.data, flag.plot = TRUE)] so I am able to reproduce it using another plotting package.

Is there a way of doing so? I would imagine it is something similar to exporting kriged estimates using [code][@items].

Thanks.

Dear user
The curve is plotted using SI.stats function (with flag.plot=TRUE). Unfortunately, the elements of this figure are not output.
Following your comment, these arrays will be produced (in the output argument) in the next version.
In the mean time, the contents of this function is mainly R code. Therefore I recommend that you simply edit the function (on your site) and modify the returned arguments adding T and QT. This will allow you having access to the element of the figure.
