Iso-probability maps

I was looking for a function in RGeostats to produce iso-probability maps from conditional simulation similar to what is in Isatis. Is there a set of functions (for greater-than, less-than, or between two cutoffs)? Also, is there a way for ranking realizations and producing the CPDF (again, similar to what is in Isatis)?
